22) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
You agree that the courts of Gauteng, South Africa will have jurisdiction over disputes, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
International users
If you access the Services from outside South Africa, you are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations applicable to you.
