The Ritual Coven – Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made from The Ritual Coven (“we,” “us,” “our”) and should be read together with our Terms of Service.

Because we sell digital services delivered electronically (primarily via email), refunds work differently than physical goods. Please read carefully before purchasing.


1) Digital Services & Delivery

All services sold on our website are digitally delivered services (“Digital Services”). Delivery is typically sent to the email address you provide at checkout.

You are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct and for checking your spam/junk folder. If you do not receive your delivery within the expected timeframe shown on the product page, contact us at theritualcoven@gmail.com with your order number.

2) Personalized Services

Some services include personalization (for example, tailoring the service to names, dates, or specific intentions). Personalized services become non-refundable once processing begins, except where required by applicable law.

3) Cancellations

Before we begin work

You may request a cancellation only if we have not yet started the service.

After we begin work

Once a service has started (including preparation, research, drafting, creation, customization, or processing), the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation or refund, except where required by applicable law.

4) Refunds (Service-Based)

General rule

Due to the nature of Digital Services, refunds are not guaranteed once work has started or delivery has been made.

When we will issue a refund or resolution

We aim to resolve issues fairly. You may be eligible for a refund or a correction/re-delivery in cases such as:

  • A) Duplicate charge / billing error
    If you were accidentally charged twice, we will refund the duplicate charge.
  • B) Non-delivery (we can’t deliver the service)
    If we cannot deliver your service due to an error on our side, and we are unable to correct it within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a refund.
  • C) Wrong service delivered (our mistake)
    If you received the wrong service due to our error, we will correct it by delivering the correct service at no extra charge. If we cannot correct it, we may refund you.
  • D) Technical delivery issues
    If your delivery fails due to email filtering or technical issues, we will attempt to resend to the same email and/or an alternative email you provide. This is usually resolved without a refund.

When refunds are not issued

Refunds are generally not provided for:

  • Change of mind after work has started
  • Personalized services once processing has begun (as stated above)
  • Dissatisfaction with subjective outcomes or personal expectations
  • Situations where the correct service was delivered as described
  • Delays caused by factors outside our control (email provider filtering, connectivity issues, etc.)

5) Important Note on Expectations

Our Services are provided for personal and spiritual purposes. Results are not guaranteed, and outcomes can vary. By purchasing, you acknowledge you are paying for the service and time involved, not a promised result.

6) How to Request Help (Refund Review)

To request a refund review or resolution, email theritualcoven@gmail.com and include:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout
  • A short description of the issue

We may ask for reasonable verification to confirm the order belongs to you.

7) Refund Timing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Refund processing times vary by payment provider, but most refunds reflect within 5–10 business days. Some banks or card issuers may take longer to post funds.

8) Chargebacks & Disputes

If something went wrong, contact us first at theritualcoven@gmail.com. We aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly.

Unresolved chargebacks and disputes may result in refusal of future service, where permitted by law.

9) Service Clarification Window (Recommended)

If you need to correct any delivery details (such as your email address, or personalization details like names/dates), contact us within 24 hours of purchase so we can update it before processing begins.
